Vinnie's Used Cars, also known as Vincent's Sweet Deals on Wheels is a car dealership located in Bronx, New York City. In 2003, it's owned by Vinnie Gognitti, the underboss of the Punchinello Crime Family, who lives in an apartment next to the dealership.
When a gang war starts between Gognitti's men and the Russian Mob, the Russians attack the district, killing most of the Punchinello mobsters. However, before they can get to Vinnie, Max Payne arrives and saves him, then they escape with a van.
