Upper East Side Apartments is thirty-one stories tall apartment building intended for more wealthy residents. As the building is located in the wealthier part of New York, it's interior is very luxurious and the apartments are very well furnished. Some of the apartments are two storey, especially the ones set on the top most floors. The building is known to have many Inner Circle members as their residents including Corcoran.
After the main entrance to the building there is a large lobby with the front desk for the security guards and many elevators to the different floors. It is unknown how many other entrances the bulding has. The lobbies from the lobby to 27th floor are much more larger and have more apartments than the top last floors. But on the other hand, the apartments on 28th to 31st floor have terraces.

Max Payne and Mona Sax go there in 2003 in a failed attempt to save the Inner Circle member Corcoran from the Squeaky Cleaning Company commandos. Payne battles and kills Kaufman here before Mona Sax is arrested by Valerie Winterson.
