I don't think this guy really needs his own article. Are we going to make one for every minor character in the game? Do we need "Kid From The Favela", "Night Club Owner", "Fabio", and "Branco's Secretary" articles? Heck, let's just make an article for each and every individual enemy that appears in the game. Or, let's just delete this and other unnecessary minor character articles.
