The Russian Mob, also known as the Russian Mafia, is a Russian criminal organization based in various countries, and made of by many Russian criminals, and sometimes by other Soviet-countries criminials. The New York City chapter of the Russian Mob was led by the Russian arms dealer Vladimir Lem between the 1990s until 2003.
History

At some point prior to 2001 (possibly during the early 1990s), Vladimir Lem joined the gang and eventually became its leader by 2001. Around this time, the gang begun a bloody, massive gang war with Angelo Punchinello's Italian crime family.
