Vladimir Lem, the leader of the Russian Mob's New York City chapter untill 2003.

The Russian Mob, also known as the Russian Mafia, is a Russian criminal organization based in various countries, and made of by many Russian criminals, and sometimes by other Soviet-countries criminials. The New York City chapter of the Russian Mob was led by the Russian arms dealer Vladimir Lem between the 1990s until 2003.
