Background
Rico is famous and revered in the criminal underworld and is called in to watch over any high profile deals. He is extremely violent as he states he strangled two men for playing video games instead of beating each other. He seems lazy as when the V-deal is being transacted he is in a bar getting Fellatio from prostitute Candy Dawn
Trivia and Allusions
- Rico is an abbreviation for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a law that makes it easier to prosecute members of organized crime and give stricter penalties. Muerte, is the Spanish word for death.
