Petersburg is a police officer that oversees the holding cells in the police station during the events of Max Payne 2.
He directs Max Payne to Mona Sax's cell. After the cleaners hit the police station in order to find and kill Mona Sax, Petersburg is fatally wounded. Briefly calling for help, he succumbs to his wounds before Max can reach him. Payne is shocked when he finds his dead body.
