Fandom strongly recommends that the pages in Category:Browse be moved to Category:Max Payne Wiki. In the past, Browse was standard, but more recent research has revealed non-descriptive words for top-level category names are really bad for search engine optimization, and the sitename should be used instead.
I've also seen you removing a lot of categories from their categories. I'm not sure what you were doing, but all categories (except the top-level category) should be sub-categories of another category. If you remove them from any category, then they will appear on Special:Uncategorizedcategories.
Fandom is currently trying out a new Walkthrough teaching aid for new editors. Apparently, results so far are much better than expected. After trying it on a limited number of wikis, they would like to expand the number using it. It appears on the rail, you can see what it looks like here. Is this something you would want to try on this wiki?
Sure, I agree that new editors need to learn editing so many can contribute further. Think of it as long term benefit or supply-side policy. However, how are implement it? I could use in my other wikis.
I am sending a list of wikis in to the staff member operating the experiment. If you give me a list of your own wikis, I'll add them to my list when I submit them to him. He will be implementing it on Monday, so I will be handing my list over Sunday night, just get them to me before then.
The current testing phase for the walkthrough teaching aid that was enabled for this wiki will be ending tomorrow and eventually disabled. Depending on how it performed, it may become a standard feature on the United Community Platform. Let me know if you have any feedback on things you felt it did well or poorly within the next 24 hours.
