The M24 is a sniper rifle. The weapon is in use in 2012.

A part of a Hostage Negotiation DLC, the rifle is the most precise weapon in the game. While available only in Multiplayer, it can be equipped as soon as level 4, allowing a well-prepared player to level it up quickly, further upgrading the weapon. Damage per shot is on par with M82A1, with M24 being more precise. It can usually take enemies down with 2 shots to the body and is always a 1-shot headshot.
