Template:CharacterInfobox Feller is a Squeaky Cleaning Company mercenary assaulting the Memorial Hospital in 2003. Feller's primary objective of the mission is, just as that of other Cleaner fighters, eliminating Max Payne who was reportedly hospitalized in the institution.
Feller and his colleague Mitchum pursue an unarmed Payne though the hospital shooting at him and trap him in an office cubicle area. They lock the door they came in from and prepare to find and execute their cornered target. However, the detective soon finds a weapon and kills both gunmen.
