Aesir Corporation

AESIR Corperation is an organization in Max Payne, ran by Nicole Horne that mostly deal in Pharmaceuticals. They are the creaters of the drug Valkyr, which is responsable for the death of Max's family. As Valkyr is illegal, they become allied with the Mafia, to help with distribution.

Soldiers

Aesir Corperation have a private army of which Max battles in various levels, which appear as mercinaries wearing masks, or killer suits who are dressed in suits. There are also another variant who appear to be security guards, protecting the Aesir HQ.

They are the most dangerous enemies as they are heavily armed, most of them with Colt Commandos and Ingrams. Some even carry M79s or Jackhammers. The Killer Suit variants can even dive through the air, similar to Max.

• The Killer Suits are a referance to the Agents from The Matrix, as they can dive though the air, similar to Max, who is somewhat like Neo.
• Aesir is the name of the most important tribe of Gods in Nordic/Germanic paganism.
• In the Movie, Aesir make a scholarship in Michelle Payne's name.
• Some soldiers working for Aesir, consider working for Horne is like a "license to kill", while others actually show remorse by saying it's just their "9 to 5" job.
• One of the mercenaries is a fan of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, and another is a fan of Seven.
